Biographical Information[edit]
Jackie Reid pitched in the minor leagues from 1921 to 1941. He was 20-8 for the Marshall Indians to lead the 1923 East Texas League and was 22-16 for the Fort Worth Cats in 1937. He led the 1930 Cotton States League with 181 SO, the 1933 Southern Association with 55 G, and the 1934 West Dixie League with a 1.98 ERA. Overall, he posted a 294-227 minor league record.
