Hsu-Feng Tsai pitched in the CPBL and for the Taiwanese national team
Tsai represented Taiwan and won Silver in the 1969 Asian Championship. He also pitched for them in the 1972 Amateur World Series, 1973 Intercontinental Cup, 1973 FEMBA Amateur World Series, 1974 Amateur World Series, 1975 Intercontinental Cup and 1975 Asian Championship. He was 0-1 with a 4.95 ERA in eight games for the 1993 China Times Eagles. At age 42, he became the oldest pitcher in CPBL history, a record later broken by Genji Kaku. He coached for the Eagles in 1994-1995.
