Holy Names University was known as College of the Holy Names from 1909 to 1971 and Holy Names College until 2004. The school began sponsoring baseball in 2013 but announced it would drop all athletics at the end of the 2022-2023 school year. The school ended up closing after the 2022-2023 school year.
