Biographical Information[edit]

First baseman Haas Pratt was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the 18th round of the 2000 amateur draft but did not sign. After attending the University of Arkansas, he was chosen by the Oakland Athletics in the 30th round of the 2004 amateur draft. He played four years in their chain, briefly reaching the AAA level with the Sacramento River Cats in 2006.

Following his playing days, he remained in the Oakland organization as a coach with the Kane County Cougars from 2008 to 2010. He was hitting coach of the Burlington Bees in 2011-2012 and Stockton Ports in 2013.
