Biographical Information[edit]
Elliot Soto hit .267/.313/.300 as the starting shortstop for Team USA in the 2015 Premier 12. He fielded .966 and scored 7 runs in 8 games. He tied Adam Frazier and Jacob May for the team lead in runs and tied for 3rd in the event (with Frazier, May, Keun-woo Jeong, Yong-kyu Lee, Randolph Oduber and Curt Smith, trailing Tetsuto Yamada and Sho Nakata). It would be almost five years after that before he made the majors, at age 31.
