Biographical Information[edit]
Donna Williams was a pitcher-infielder on her high school's baseball team, then played soccer as a goalie in college while also appearing in the California Women's Baseball League. In the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup, she played for Team USA as a pitcher-catcher. She got the win over defending champion Japan in round one, being relieved by Jennifer Hunter. In a comeback from a 8-1 deficit against Canada, she hit a 2-run single off Jessica Bérubé to score Caitlin Everett and Bessie Noll to tie it at 8. The US would lose in extra innings.
