Dino Altomonte caught for the Philippines national team.

Altomonte represented the Philippines in the 2017 Asian Championship, and he was 0-for-3 as their backup catcher. He also helped them win Gold in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games. He played for his nation in the 2019 Asian Championship, and he was 0-for-2 against South Korea in his only appearance.
