Biographical Information

Darius Ghani began his umpiring career in the American Association in 2013 and was hired by Minor league baseball in 2015. He worked the Arizona League that year, then moved up to the Northwest League in 2016 and Midwest League in 2017. He was California League Umpire of the Year in 2018, winning him promotion to the Texas League in 2019. He worked home plate in the 2021 Futures Game then made it to AAA in 2022. He worked the 2023 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers.
