In 2003, the Arizona Diamondbacks and Montreal Expos shared a team in the Dominican Summer League. For the Diamondbacks, the team was a second DSL team as they also sponsored the DSL Diamondbacks (who finished second in the league). The Expos were dropping from the full DSL Expos team they had sponsored since 1989. The DSL Expos would return in 2004. The co-op team was 17-47, last in the 35-team DSL.
