Biographical Information[edit]
D.T. Cromer is the brother of Tripp Cromer and minor leaguers Brandon and Burke Cromer. He showed good power during his major league stays with the Cincinnati Reds in 2000 and 2001, belting 7 homers and 7 doubles for a .308/.327/.577 line in 104 at bats. He was mainly used as a pinch hitter both seasons, only playing 21 games in the field of 85 games. He was also a minor league slugger, slugging around .500 for his career. He later played in Japan for the Nippon Ham Fighters.
Cromer's son David also played baseball at University of South Carolina [1].
