Biographical Information[edit]
Connor Dawson went into coaching after playing baseball briefly in junior college. He was a high school coach and a private hitting coach in Kansas and then worked at Marshalltown Community College in 2018-2019. During this time, he also completed a degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Benedictine College.
In 2020, he joined the Seattle Mariners organization as a minor league hitting coach. In 2022, he moved to the Milwaukee Brewers as their major league hitting coach, sharing duties with former major league player Ozzie Timmons.
