Biographical Information

Outfielder Colin Cummins played one game for the independent Johnstown Steal in 1995, collecting one hit (a double) in four at-bats. With the Springfield Capitals in 1996, he was hitless in one at-bat and for the Evansville Otters that year, he hit .282/.371/.436 with two home runs and 12 RBI in 24 games. All told, he batted .277/.362/.434 in 83 at-bats.

He was the founder and commissioner of the East Coast Baseball League.
