Biographical Information[edit]
Clint Fagan is a major league umpire. He worked the 2012 AAA All-Star Game and 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers; in the latter event, he ejected both Ramiro Mendoza (Panamanian pitcher) and Eduardo Perez (Colombian manager) in a game of inside pitching and high emotions.
He umpired his first major league game in 2011 as a fill-in umpire, and umpired a few games over the next two seasons before being added to the full-time staff in 2014. He umpired his last games in 2017.
Following his retirement, Fagan obtained his law degree and became a civil litigator in Texas while also umpiring Big 12 Conference and Southeastern Conference college baseball games on the side.
