Biographical Information[edit]
Chun-Chieh Huang was the brother of Olympic outfielder Chiung-Lung Huang. He played for Taiwan in the 1989 Asian Championship and 1990 Haarlem Baseball Week. The third baseman debuted in the CPBL in 1993 with the China Times Eagles, hitting .250/.284/.293. He batted .224/.262/.270 in 1994 and .290/.294/.325 in 1995. In 1996, he hit .197/.260/.254 but had his only career home run. That year, he was banned for life from the CPBL as part of the gambling and game-fixing scandal which killed the Eagles. Huang later coached for Feng Chia University.
Overall, Huang hit .240/.272/.283 with 183 hits in 5 seasons in the CPBL
