Biographical Information

Chin-Hao Yang played in the CPBL for 5 years.

Yang was drafted by the Fubon Guardians in the first round of the 2017 CPBL Draft, and he spent his first season in the minor league (hitting .239/.338/.254). He improved to .279/.343/.380 in the minor league in 2019, and he also had a .222/.300/.309 batting line in 29 games with the big club. Yang then hit .167/.211/.241 in 2020, but he only played 12 more games for their big club before the Guardians traded him with Bin Yang to the Rakuten Monkeys for Che-Bin Lin and Yao-Lin Wang on August 31, 2022. Yang hit .295/.318/.418 for the Monkeys in 2022, then he had a .238/.314/.424 batting line in 2023. He announced his retirement after the 2023 season.

Overall, Yang had hit .228/.305/.309 with 71 hit in 5 seasons in the CPBL.
