Biographical Information[edit]
Chih-Chiang Pan played in the CPBL for 2 years.
Pan was signed by the Chinatrust Whales in 1999, and he hit .154/.227/.228 in his rookie year. He played 2 games as defense replacement in the 1999 Taiwan Series, and the Wei Chuan Dragons beat the Whales in 5 games. Pan was then turned into a pitcher in 2000, but he allowed 5 runs in 3 2/3 innings. The Whales released him before the 2001 season, and his professional career ended.
