Biographical Information

Chia-Hsiang Liu has pitched in the CPBL.

Liu was drafted by the Rakuten Monkeys in the 3rd round of the 2022 CPBL Draft, and he had a 7.36 ERA in 2 games in the minors in 2022. He went 3-6 with a 5.57 ERA in 2023, led the minors in losses and ranked 2nd in strikeouts (2 behind Po-Ching Chen). Liu improved to 5-7 with a 4.14 ERA in 2024, and he led the minors in strikeouts. He debuted on October 10, 2024. He pitched 3 innings with 7 strikeouts to get the loss, and he got his first career strikeout against Pao-Ti Yeh.
