Biographical Information[edit]
Chao-Kuei Chang was the first Taiwan National Team manager ever. He coached Taiwan in the 1954 Asian Championship, 1955 Asian Championship and 1959 Asian Championship. He was also an umpire for the 1969 Asian Championship.
