Biographical Information

Chan-ho Kim has pitched in the Korea Baseball Organization and for the South Korean national team.

Kim was picked by the SK Wyverns in the 2016 KBO draft. In 2017, he allowed 10 hits, 5 walks and 7 runs in 5 1/3 IP for the big club, though he fanned six. He pitched in the 2017 Asian Championship; in his only outing, he relieved Seon-gi Kim in the 6th inning of the Bronze Medal Game with a 9-0 lead over the Philippines and worked two hitless, walkless innings, striking out two. Se-jin Park took over with a 15-0 lead. He began his mandatory military service in 2018 with the Sangmu Phoenix military team.
