Challenge de France de baseball

The Challenge de France de baseball was created in 2002. It brings together the 8 best teams in the country, and the winner qualifies for the European Cup.

Format[edit]

The eight teams from the Division Elite play in the Challenge. The event takes place over 4 days with two pools of four teams, then moves to the semi-finals and the final game, 15 games in total spread out over the four days.

Past Winners[edit]

Since the Challenge was created in 2002, the Rouen Huskies have won nine times, the Templiers de Sénart have won four times and the Lions de Savigny-sur-Orge have won twice, with the Barracudas de Montpellier having won once. The Challenge was not played in 2004 or 2010.
