Biographical Information[edit]
Cesar Gerónimo, Jr. is the son of Cesar Gerónimo and played four seasons in the minors.
Gerónimo debuted in 1995 with the DSL Angels and hit .246. He improved to .281/.336/.372 with the 1996 AZL Angels, used mostly at DH. In 1997, he played for the Boise Hawks (.286/.338/.396), Cedar Rapids Kernels (7 for 42, 2 BB) and Lake Elsinore Storm (4 for 7). He fell to .203/.255/.267 in 81 games for the 1998 Storm and had 8 errors in the outfield. He later scouted for the Cleveland Indians, St. Louis Cardinals and Arizona Diamondbacks. He signed Eric Mendez.
