Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Richardson has been a manager in the minors. Richardson was a high school coach at San Juan High School in Citrus Heights, California, from 1982-1990. From 1996-2002, he coached Del Campo High School. He might have managed the 1998 Richmond Roosters; it is unclear if this is the same Bill Richardson. From 2005-2008, he was head coach at Bella Vista High School. In 2007, he joined the Texas Rangers chain as hitting coach for the AZL Rangers and he was promoted to manager the next year.
