Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Popp, who was born and died in St. Louis, MO, was in nine games as a pitcher with the 1902 St. Louis Cardinals.
He went 15-7 with Little Rock in 1901.
In 1904 he managed at Vincennes.
He is the only major league (through 2008) with the last name Popp, although there have been George Popplein and Todd Van Poppel.
