Baseball's 25 Greatest Teams was written by Lowell Reidenbaugh and published by The Sporting News in 1988. It describes 25 teams considered by The Sporting News to have been the greatest ever, including multi-year dynasties. Each team gets about ten pages describing how they were formed, key players and important news from their year(s) of glory. The book features a large number of photographs and only brief statistical information.
