Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Anthony Gallas began his professional career in 2010. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cleveland Indians.

In 2011, he was a Midwest League Mid-Season All-Star after hitting .314/.393/.517 in 57 games for the Lake County Captains. He hit .263/.346/.428 with eight home runs and 42 RBI in 97 games on the year as a whole, also spending time with the Kinston Indians and Akron Aeros. In 2014, he was again a Mid-Season All-Star -- this time in the Carolina League -- hitting .276/.331/.480 with eight home runs and 31 RBI in 58 games for the Carolina Mudcats. He also hit .293/.337/.536 with 16 home runs and 49 RBI in 73 games for the Aeros, bringing his season totals to .285/.334/.511 with 24 home runs and 80 RBI in 131 games. He was also a MiLB.com Organization All-Star that year. In 2015, he was an Eastern League Mid-Season All-Star and also had his first taste of Triple-A.
