Biographical Information[edit]

Alizée Gélinas has been on the Canadian women's national team.

She played badminton in the Quebec Games. [1] She was with Canada for both phases of the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup. Debuting against Mexico, she hit 3rd and played first in their opener. Facing Rosa del Castillo, she hit into a force in the 1st then singled in the third. She hit .333/.538/.333 with 4 walks and 4 runs in 4 games in group play, handling 9 chances error-free. She tied for 8th in walks. [2] In the 2024 portion, she slipped to .214/.368/.214 with four walks, three steals (in three tries) and four RBI in six contests, fielding .963. She was 4th in walks and tied Iori Miura and Daniela Leal for third in swipes. In the Bronze Medal Game, a 4-2 win over Mexico, she was 2-for-3 with a RBI from the 7 slot; Andréanne Leblanc was the only other Canadian with multiple hits in the victory. [3]
