Adriano Loayza has played for the Peruvian national team.

Loayza won Bronze with Peru in the 2015 South American Championship. In the 2016 South American Championship, he hit .333/.385/.417 with 4 runs in 5 games; only Susumu Yoza had more hits or a better average among the team's qualifiers. He had one putout and one assist in the field. Most of the damage came against Bolivia when he was 3 for 3 with a double, walk, steal, 3 runs and 3 RBI. In the 2017 Bolivarian Games, he was 1 for 11 with five whiffs; he and Yoza had their only hits against Venezuela. His .091 average actually bested the team mark, .074.
