Biographical Information[edit]
Aaron Etchison played college baseball at Ball State University, Chipola College, and the University of Maryland and graduated in 2012 with a degree in finance.
Erik Bakich was the head baseball coach at Maryland during the two years that Etchison played for the Terrapins. After getting the head coaching position at the University of Michigan in June, 2012, Bakich recruited Etchison to be the Wolverines' volunteer assistant coach. Etchison stayed in that role through most of 2017.
Since 2018 Etchison has worked for the Cleveland Indians as an area scout covering a large portion of the upper Midwest.
