The 2023 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association baseball tournament was held May 5-7 at campus sites for best of 3 series and May 11-13 for a double elimination tournament at Tompkins Field at Crane Stadium in Warrensburg, MO. #1 University of Central Missouri defeated #2 Missouri Southern State University for the title. OF Mason Lowe of Central Missouri was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player.
