The 2009 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster, PA. East #1 West Chester University of Pennsylvania defeated West #1 Mercyhurst College for the title. Matt Cotellese of West Chester was named MVP.
