2003 Mountain West Conference Tournament

The 2004 Mountain West Conference baseball tournament was held at Isotopes Park in Albuquerque, NM. #1 University of Nevada, Las Vegas defeated #2 San Diego State University for the title. Patrick Dobson of UNLV was named tournament MVP.
