The 2003 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at GVSU Baseball Field in Allendale, MI. The championship game between #1 Grand Valley State University and #3 Saginaw Valley State University was cancelled due to severe weather. Both teams were declared co-champions.
