The 2000 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held in Ormond Beach, FL. Bethune-Cookman College defeated Florida A&M University for the title.

Game Results[edit]
*Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M were involved in a bench clearing brawl in the 8th inning. During a "cooling-off" period on their respective team buses, FAMU returned home rather than resume the game.
