The 1978 Haarlemse Honkbalweek was the tenth edition of the Haarlemse Honkbalweek, held every two years. It was held from August 13 to August 22, 1978 in Haarlem, Noord-Holland. Four teams competed in the tournament and the tournament was won by Japan.
