Biographical Information

Yung-Che Chen played in the CPBL for 3 years.

Chen was drafted by the Macoto Cobras in the third round of the 2004 CPBL Draft, and he hit .231/.265/.315 in 44 games in his rookie year. He recorded a .223/.305/.287 batting line in 2007, but he then slumped to .167/.216/.167 in 2008. Chen was involved in a game-fixing scandal after the 2008 season, and he was banned for life.

Overall, Chiang had hit .216/.271/.276 with 54 hit in 3 seasons in the CPBL.
