Biographical Information[edit]
Yuki Tsujimoto played for NTT West Japan in the Industrial League after college. [1] He represented Japan in the 2023 Asian Championship. Tsujimoto debuted against the Pakistani national team, going 0-for-2 and drew a walk against Syed Ali Shah in the 5th inning. He was then 0-for-1 against the Philippines, and went 0-for-1 against South Korea. In the Gold Medal Game, he was 0-for-2 and Japan beat Taiwan to win the Gold. While he did not hit well, he handled 18 chances error-free at catcher and threw out the only runner who tried to steal against him. [2]
