Biographical Information

Ya-Lun Shen played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Shen was drafted by the La New Bears in the 6th round of the 2003 CPBL Draft, and he was 0-for-2 in 2004. He went 1-for-8 with 5 runs, primarily used as a pinch-runner in 2005, then he stayed in the CPBL minors for the entire 2006 season. He was turned into a pitcher in 2007, but he didn't have any appearances in the major league. The Bears released him after the 2007 season, and his professional career ended.

Overall, Shen hit .100/.250/.100 with 1 hit in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
