Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Metzig was the second baseman and manager of the Ottawa Senators and Ottawa Nationals in the Border League from 1948 to 1950. In 1951, Metzig moved to the Cornwall Canadians as manager of that team in the Border League. He then managed the Lubbock Hubbers in 1953 and part of 1954.
