West Michigan League

The class D West Michigan League was founded in 1910 with four teams. The Cadillac Chiefs won the pennant. The league, identified as the Michigan State League in the 1911 Spalding Guide, was known by that title the following season as it expanded. The Spalding Guide notes that the league was one of the most financially sound class D leagues in the country.
