Wendell Simmons

Wendell Simmons went 1,079-541-1 in 34 years as an amateur coach. He spent 1992-2010 at the University of Central Oklahoma, taking them to the 1997 Division II College World Series. He previously spent 14 years as coach of Edmond Memorial High School and one as coach of Dover (OK) High School.

Simmons' older brother, Lloyd Simmons, was also a longtime college coach.
