Biographical Information

Wally Phillips went 0-1 in five games for the Salisbury Braves in 1961.

He later became a prominent prosecutor, bringing dozens of corruption cases against politicians and public officials. In 1980, he ran for Pennsylvania's Attorney General as the Democratic candidate.
