Biographical Information[edit]
Wade Moore was a minor league player and manager.
He hit .258 and slugged .322 for the 1902 Paris Eisenfelder's Homeseekers and also managed the team for a spell. He hit .244 for the 1903 San Antonio Bronchos and also managed them part of the year. He split 1904 between the Bronchos, Beaumont Millionaires and Houston Wanderers, hitting a combined .252; he also managed San Antonio. He batted .226 for the 1905 Houston Buffaloes. In 1906, he hit only .143/?/.164 for the Galveston Sand Crabs while managing them as well as the Temple Boll Weevils and Hot Springs Vapors. During 1907, he hit .224 and slugged .264 as player-manager for the Buffaloes. He also guided the 1911 Holyoke Papermakers.
Moore owned the 1904 San Antonio Mustangs before selling the team in mid-May.[1]
