Valerius
Valerius was the manager of the Wichita Eagles of the Kansas State League in 1898, but apparently stepped down in June of that year, to be replaced by Kid Bevis. He also appears to have managed the Kingman/Hoisington team in the same league in 1905. Very little is known about him - and his first name does not seem to have been recorded.
