Biographical Information[edit]
Tony DeMacio has been a scout for over 25 years.
DeMacio has had stints with the Atlanta Braves (1983-1990), Cleveland Indians (1991-1994), Chicago Cubs (1995-1998), Baltimore Orioles (1998-2004), Pittsburgh Pirates (2005-2006) and Braves (2007- ). He has been Scouting Director for Atlanta. The native of McKees Rocks, PA has been involved in signing and scouting Tom Glavine, Chipper Jones, Manny Ramirez, Paul Shuey, Kerry Wood, Jon Garland, Erik Bedard and Nick Markakis among other major leaguers.
