Biographical information[edit]

Infielder Tommy Thompson played in the St. Louis Cardinals' chain from 1967 to 1974. He then went on to have a long career as a manager in the minor leagues. As a quarterback, he set passing records at Chaffey College. He later was a Marlins scout.
