Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Todd Pratt was signed by scout Ray Boone for the Boston Red Sox as a 6th round pick in the 1985 amateur draft.
Pratt was the fourth player in history to have hit a walk-off home run to end a postseason series: his came in Game 4 of the Division Series, for the New York Mets against the Arizona Diamondbacks on October 9, 1999. Pratt was head coach at West Georgia Technical College from 2011 to 2016. He then became a manager with the Greensboro Grasshoppers in 2017.
