Biographical Information[edit]
Tim Kroeker played for Canada in the 1993 Universiade. [1] He was the starting left fielder for Team Canada in the 1994 Baseball World Cup. His first game, he hit third and went 0 for 4 against Team USA's Jonathan Johnson and Randy Flores. His first hit came off Eelco Jansen of the Dutch national team. He finished the Cup at .143/.280/.143 with two runs and a RBI in seven games, fielding .952 in LF. [2] He also was with Canada for the qualifiers for the 1996 Olympics. [3] He then became a middle school teacher in Saskatoon and a Canadian Football League referee, working with the Grey Cup for the first time in 2008. [4]
