Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Tim Griesenbeck played five games for the 1920 St. Louis Cardinals, going 1 for 3 at the bat. With the Cardinals, he was two years younger than Rogers Hornsby.
He was at Texas A&M University at the same time as Rip Collins and Topper Rigney.
After his major league days he played minor league ball in Texas for several teams. Griesenbeck served as athletic director of St. Mary's University for a time.
