Biographical Information[edit]
Tim Bowden played for the St. Louis Browns in 1914. He appeared in 7 games and had 10 plate appearances. He collected 2 hits, a walk, and struck out 6 times, and finished with a perfect fielding percentage. He stuck around in the minor leagues as a player and occasionally as a player-manager until 1917 and then went on to manage a few clubs after that. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head on October 25, 1949.
