Earl C. Banks (Tiger, Papa Bear)

Tiger Banks was the head coach at Maryland State College, winning Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association titles in 1954 and 1958. He coached Jim Proctor. He moved on to be football coach of Morgan State University from 1960-1973, producing several NFL players. Banks is a member of both the CIAA and MEAC Halls of Fame as well as the Black College Football Hall of Fame.
